To provide step-by-step training on how to complete four validated tools for adults suitable for different healthcare settings. These are the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST), the Malnutrition Screening Tool (MST), the Mini Nutritional Assessment – Short Form (MNA-SF) and the Determine Checklist.
